“How quiet is the compressor? I have a KitcheAid currently with a very loud compressor motor with a loud, high pitch wind that can be heard over the TV, very annoying and ESPECIALLY distarcting and irrating when you are in the kitchen. It is so MUCH louder than my dishwasher which is 55 decibels. I want a quiet fridge, as it is for a great room. Can anyone give me feedbCK ON THE NOISE LEVEL on this model.”

Jackie, I am having the exact same problem with mine. I see your review was from a couple years ago. I just bought mine a month ago. What was your experience trying to get it fixed or replaced? I'm not having any luck with KitchenAid so far getting them to address the issue under the warranty. The appliance seller (which was not BestBuy) is also unwilling so far to step up to the place to resolve the problem.
