I purchased my KitchenAid krfc704ss in November 2017. The refrigerator will not cool and freezes up - freezer still works. I have had a repairman out. This has happened twice in the past 6 weeks. What is the problem? null

You probably need to return the fridge and have a new one delivered. Sounds like the control panel. We had a service person out and he suggested a return since our first one was 2 weeks old as well. The new one works perfectly.
