“Why are the kitchen aid fridges so difficult to get ahold of? Is this a Best Buy issue or Kitchenaid issue? They're available for pick up in multiple BB stores in near-by states, yet I've been waiting 2 months to get one at BB in my state.”

• There was a very long delay due to a back order and some of the parts needed to build the refrigerator. We had waited approximately 2 1/2 months as well. It is a manufacture issue.
