“Does the side vent on the door create mold, mildew, or ther moisture problems when installed to adjcent cabinets? It is a tight space, and I am concerned of water rot. I noticed LG does not vent, but it is a louder machine. Thank you! :)”

• Dishwasher, air does not vent out of the side.

• For us, the side vent is perfectly located and does not create mold like our top vent did. And this is much quieter than our old one as well.
