“KitchenAid dishwasher: I push START, it lights up, I close it, but nothing ever happens thereafter (hey, I'm a novice). 1-2 hrs. later, it lights up with RINSING. It eats up the Cascade soap pellet each time, but it never washes. What am I doing wrong?”
