• While I'm not an expert, I have had great results by choosing the "Pro Wash" cycle, and leaving the load to run for the entire cycle -- usually at night while asleep (so I have no idea how long this cycle actually runs.) . This is a heated cycle, and "chooses" how long to wash / dry based upon how dirty the load is. I also use a rinse agent. I chose this particular unit because of the heated dry feature, and have been pleased so far. Good luck.
