“My drawer under the cutout is 10" to bottom of the oven. Will it need to be removed to meet the 14 3/4" required to floor? The measurement is, otherwise, 13.5" to the floor.”

The manufacturer's requirements are very specific. You will likely have to remove the drawer section and have a contractor rebuild the structure to support the oven or you will need to try to shift the oven upwards. If upwards is not an option, remodeling or a different option for wall oven may be necessary. Personally I had to recut the opening on the top end because I could not go lower into the lower drawer section of the cabinet.

The bottom of the cabinet was solid wood for the Oven unit to sit on. We have been using our new ovens for 6 weeks now and are very happy with them. Hope this helps.
