QuestionThis states there is a child lock but I don't see one. Another person asked this question and they answered to hold control lock but I dont see that button

- Answer Hi Rachellebis. To turn on Lock, press and hold heated dry for 3 seconds. Control Lock light will stay on, indicating that it is activated and all buttons are disabled. If you press any button while your dishwasher is locked, light flashes 3 times. Dishwasher door can still be opened/closed while controls are locked. To turn off Lock, press and hold heated dry for 3 seconds. Light turns off.

- Answer mahnaz, thank you for your interest in KitchenAid. In order for the Dishwasher to be integrated, you will need to purchase a panel ready Dishwasher. The Dishwasher KDTE204KPS is not a panel ready Dishwasher. Hope this help.

QuestionI just got this dishwasher yesterday. The installer ran a cycle. When it was finished there was quite a lot of water left in the dishwasher - is this normal? It was set on express wash and heated dry.

- Answer There are 5 cycles:ProWash, Tough, Normal, Express Wash, and Rinse Only. I'm not sure how long they are, I've not timed them and I've only used the normal wash so far. It does a heater.

- Answer Power cord is not supplied by default. If you are replacing a dishwasher, you can reuse the existing power cable in most cases. For a new install you will need to purchase a power cord for use with a plug-in receptacle, or provide a power cable for a direct hard-wired connection.
