QuestionCan you safely load plastic plates or bowls on the bottom rack? or will it melt /deform them?

- Answer I put plastics on the bottom - at least the normal plastic plates like melamine. I have also put some zip lock containers on the bottom and it did not melt them - I think it would depend on the heat of your water.

QuestionI thought this model had a 3rd rack but I can see now that was a slightly different model number. Didn’t realize it until after installed. Is it possible to add the 3rd rack as an accessory to this model?

QuestionI got this dishwasher and have been using for 4 days now. We have tried all the options - Heat Dry, Extended heat dry, ProWash, Normal cycle - all the same - the dishes come out very clean and WET! The walls are wet too. I used Rinseaid too. Suggestions?

- Answer Hi Gogi, you may need to adjust the setting of the Rinse Aid Dispenser. The instructions on how to do that are located on page 7 of the Owner's Manual that came with the Dishwasher. QuestionI love my dishwasher but yesterday there was quite of bit of water remaining in the bottom of the machine when the cycle was over. We removed the filters ( which were clean) but I’m afraid to run it again as I don’t want to damage anything. Help!
