“We just had this delivered yesterday… Third attempt! Went to fill the rinse aid unit and cannot get the thing to come out! This should be a no brainer. Now I’m thinking it’s broken?!?”

Hi JD, To make sure you are properly putting in the rinse aid we would recommend to review the use and care guide. We hope this helps.

On out Kitchenaid the rinse dispenser doesn't "COME OUT". It just opens up and we pour the rinse aid into it and then close its door.
