Q: QuestionDoes this model have the built in self cleaning food grinder that eliminates filter washing

• A:Answer Hello! Model KDFS424SBE does not have food grinder. It has a Self-Cleaning Filtration System (triangular shape): The pump is kept from large objects entering it by the foreign object cup in the front and below the lower rack. The self-cleaning filtration system does not require any regular cleaning or maintenance. If this cup fills up with particles or objects, depress the tab in the center and pull up on the cup to remove it. Dispose of the contents and then replace the cup. To replace the cup, put into the opening and push down to lock in place.

Now, it’s arriving today, and you’re telling me the power cord is not included, and that I have to order a separate kit (an additional expense) and rewire it!! So, not only will I not get an operational dishwasher today, but I have to purchase more to make it operational and install it myself?
