• this is not panel ready as indicated by the stainless steel front. Bosch makes several models with panel ready fronts: linked are some examples of panel ready dishwashers

• I'm not sure what you mean by panel ready. It fits a standard opening. It is the quietest dishwasher I have ever seen (or heard/not heard). I can stand beside it when it it running and not hear it. The only time I can tell it is running is when it discharges water into the drain.
