“now I know where to fill the rinse aid........please don't tell me I need to fill it each time I run the dishwasher?? Normally filling the rinse aid would last more than 1 wash. thanks”

pal, you should not have to fill the rinse aid every time you run a cycle. This KitchenAid® Dishwasher will show you when you need add more rinse aid. Please refer to page 8 of the use and care manual for more information. We hope this helps!
