My unit broke within the first year and it took several repair attempts for it to work but now just months later the problem is back and will have to start the repair cycle again. Problem is error code i20 and the unit just quits washing leaving dishes soapy and wet.

Please try again later.My Kitchen Aide that just died, was 28 years old, (seriously 28, my refrigerator is 34 years old, and works great) and my mothers (same type of Kitchen Aide DW) ran for 21 years before we put it in the basement apartment where it has been sitting unused for 28 years. It has not been used most of that time, but I bet it would run like a charm if I turned it on. i chose to buy a updated Kitchen Aide because of the water and energy savings. My new ones comes next week....so excited!
