“My dishwasher is not drying the dishes any longer, water is left on top of cups and the moisture stays inside. Force air doesn’t seem to work or is there something I’m not setting properly?”

I would make sure you’re turning the Heated Dry or Pro Dry on. If that doesn’t work I’d call KitchenAid.
