When can I order this dishwasher?

Anonymous, here's what's happening: Around a year ago, a couple new Kitchenaid and Kenmore Elite models (both made by Whirlpool) were supposed to be released in stainless steel, black and white. Due to parts limitations related to the pandemic, only the Kitchenaid models were released in stainless steel. Sears introduced their new Kenmore and Kenmore Elite models this month, which was delayed for the same reason. The Kenmore Elite models are also currently available in Stainless Steel only. The white and black models for both Kenmore Elite and Kitchenaid are not expected to be on the market anytime soon. To get a model that will match your other appliances, I would suggest Kenmore 13222 (white) or Kenmore 13229 (black) with front controls.

This item has been listed as "coming soon" for more than 9 months. Just get something else, like a Kenmore Elite which uses the same parts as Kitchenaid. This model is not listed anywhere else, so it probably won't be available any time soon.

This item has been out of stock for months. Check out Kenmore dishwashers; they are made by Whirlpool, which owns Kitchenaid. Stainless steel: Kenmore Elite models 14793; black: Kenmore Elite 14799, white: Kenmore Elite 14792 are all 39 dba like this Kitchenaid model. For stainless steel models with a third rack: Kenmore Elite 14715, 14815.

Best Buy, any updates from Kitchen Aid on whether they will continue to manufacture this or not? I have had this dishwasher on order with 2 different retailers for over 1.5 years. Would really like to complete the suite. I was hoping patience would help… starting to think it’s not in my favor.
