“Had this installed 2 days ago- have done two loads and both times silverware is not cleaned. Anyone have this issue?”

• Yes. And sometimes other things don't get completely clean, too. Getting the dirtier plates, bowls, casserole dishes totally clean does not seem to be this unit's stength.

• Tough to answer without more information. I use the silverware separator which provides space between the pieces, a Normal wash setting and Finish as a rinse aid and my silverware (stainless steel utensils) always come out clean. Don't know what you are doing but I suggest you give that a try.

• ours clean great. Check the instructions on how to load silverware. Make sure they are separated and not touching.
