“I recently purchased this dishwasher ( hasn't been delivered yet) and I was told it did not come with a top rack for utensils. As I read the reviews, many are stating how much they love the third top rack? Can you explain?”

Also disappointed by the top rack, its basically useless for utensils, my old one I could slide them sideways & they’d be clean on both sides. This one they lay flat & only 1 side seems to get clean
