How is the black as holding up to scratching? null

As far as everyday use, we've had no problems with scratches, but we do our best to maintain our appliances. We've trusted Kitchenaid for almost twenty years. In that time, this is only the second appliance we have had to replace. We have six other Kitchenaid appliances still running strong, including the built-in microwave and oven combo next to our new Kitchenaid refrigerator/freezer that can be seen in the picture below.

On mine i have noticed a few scratces by the handle to the door of refrigerator. Which I'm not happy about nor do I know how it happened. .but with that being said there's from 5 kids in and out of it all day! Sooooo for only having one scrstch I guess it holds up fairly well..

I have a four year old that's constantly putting magnets on the fridge with her art work and I have not noticed any scratches I think the surface is so smooth/ slippery that it's hard to get scratches on there.
