With this model Refrigerator press and hold Lock and Measured Fill for 3 seconds to turn cooling back on. We hope this helps.

Please try again later.I’m not sure if I can help you, but our new fridge quit maintaining temperatures cold enough to keep food frozen in the freezer section and also in the refrigerator section. I made many phone calls and got a few answers, but nothing worked. I contacted Bestbuy and was told it would be several weeks before they could send out a repair person. Frustrating! However, I got to thinking about computers. When a computer isn’t working properly often you can “re-boot” it and it will be okay afterwards. So I unplugged the fridge for a few minutes and plugged it back in and it worked! What can I say? Try it and give the fridge some time to recover and see what happens.
