I am having the exact same problem. There seems to be moisture between the freezer door and the gasket not the gasket and fridge. I have an appointment with ASI on Friday to diagnose the issue. I called Geek Squad and they replaced the fridge and the new one is doing it too. Let me know what KitchenAid does
