• I am having the exact same problem. There seems to be moisture between the freezer door and the gasket not the gasket and fridge. I have an appointment with ASI on Friday to diagnose the issue. I called Geek Squad and they replaced the fridge and the new one is doing it too. Let me know what KitchenAid does

• Same here. Tech came out, adjusted something with the seal, did not fix the problem. Submitting another ticket w/ KitchenAid. Stinks because we love the fridge otherwise.
