“After a power outage my refrigerator is relatively cold but the freezer stopped working and is not producing ice the fan is blowing but it is not freezing it’s basically the temperature of my fridge. Any ideas? (I have reset the breaker already)”

I already called that number they want to charge me $150 just for a tech to come “take a look” I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue as well and had any insight.
