Q: QuestionHello, I would like to know if installers can take off the handles and/or doors to bring the refrigerator into the home. The depth with the handles and the refrigerator width are both too wide for our door frame. Thanks!

• A:Answer We just had ours delivered today and they were able to take off the doors & handles in order for it to fit through the doorways! They were easly installed once the fridge is placed in it's correct spot.

Q: QuestionAre the lights in the refrigerator supposed to illuminate when the right side door is opened? Mine does not. Initially the delivery guy told me no because of energy efficiency but now I'm starting to question the logic.

When you first install your refrigerator, make sure the temperature controls are still set to the recommended set points. Q: QuestionI just received this item yesterday. It is rather noisy when running full (~60dB) and practically never shuts up. I mean, it's making noise almost all of the time. Sometimes it's quieter, but mostly it's quite loud. Much louder than my old one. Normal?
