• A:Answer See the remarks of others. Everyone has experienced the same problems with the ice maker and the back wall building up a solid block of ice which negatively affects the cooling of the top two shelves of the unit. I had the same model just replaced under the lemon law. It was three years old and was torture to going through numerous repair cycles and never having the refrigerator run any more than three months at a time before the problems started all over again. The new unit was delivered four weeks ago, so it's too new to tell if these known product problems have been resolved. Anyone buying this product should definitely buy an extended warranty.

Q: QuestionThe refridgerator has the temperature 59F. We did ice cleaning manully. But only couple days it goes back. I called sevice last week and got appointment of 9/23! Why this refridgerator can not antomatically defrozen? And the kitchenAid service is poor.
