See the remarks of others. Everyone has experienced the same problems with the ice maker and the back wall building up a solid block of ice which negatively affects the cooling of the top two shelves of the unit. I had the same model just replaced under the lemon law. It was three years old and was torture to going through numerous repair cycles and never having the refrigerator run any more than three months at a time before the problems started all over again. The new unit was delivered four weeks ago, so it's too new to tell if these known product problems have been resolved. Anyone buying this product should definitely buy an extended warranty.

It is extremely quiet, the ice maker is great, and there are all kinds of bonus features on the display that were completely unexpected. The interior space can be altered to fit what you need. I think it comes with an extra shelf, but that's just me. I will 100% vouch for the print-free stainless steel finish. I have had stainless steel in the past, which was always a cleaning fiasco. This machine really does stand up to handprints.
