Q: QuestionThe delivery team came and said they could remove the French doors to get it up my stairs but the freezer door does not come off and therefore they said it wouldn’t fit. Sadly for me, they left. How does the freezer door come off to get it thru doorway?

Q: QuestionI see conflicting responses on the height of this unit. 70 1/8" in one place and 69 5/8 elsewhere. The refrigerator will extend approx 6" beyond the cabinet. I have a Kitchenaid KRMF606ESS01 in there now with 70" cabinet height. Will it fit?

• A:Answer Hi, Mine is approx a tad over 69 1/2 on the top of the fridge, the doors are a tiny bit taller approx 69 3/4, doors are 2 3/4 " deep. You should be fine if your cabinet height is 70". Hope this info helps.

Q: QuestionHow wide and how tall is the refrigerator? Can I select a delivery date after 11/28/21, and if so, can it be changed at any time? My house is being built right now and if the completion date gets pushed then the delivery of the refrigerator will also.

Q: QuestionHow do I change the filter?

• A:Answer Hello, The water filter compartment is located in the right-hand side of the refrigerator ceiling. Push up on the compartment door to release the catch, and then lower the door. Align the arrow on the water filter label with the cutout notch in the filter housing, and insert the filter into the housing. Turn the filter clockwise 90 degrees (1/4 turn), until it locks into the housing. While the compartment door is still open, lift the filter up into the compartment. Then, close the filter compartment door completely. Flush the water system. See “Flushing the Water Filter” in the “Water and Ice Dispensers” section.
