“New KitchenAid 29.5 Cu.Ft. We can't get the temperature anywhere in the refrigerator compartment below 40 deg. Freezer side is PERFECT at 0. Techs say this is "normal." We are used to keeping our fridge at 37 or lower. Is there anything we can do?”

• Get a new tech. In fact call for factory service since it sounds new. Ours works perfectly. Freezer is 0 and refrigerator is 36, the temp it's supposed to be.
