QuestionNew KitchenAid 29.5 Cu.Ft. We can't get the temperature anywhere in the refrigerator compartment below 40 deg. Freezer side is PERFECT at 0. Techs say this is "normal." We are used to keeping our fridge at 37 or lower. Is there anything we can do?

- Answer Get a new tech. In fact call for factory service since it sounds new. Ours works perfectly. Freezer is 0 and refrigerator is 36, the temp it's supposed to be.

QuestionCan you show me the back of the refrigerator and where the cord should be connected if it is a built in?

- Answer The plug is just like any other refrigerator and plugs into any outlet. My outlet happens to be up above the refrigerator on the back wall and the cord reaches with no problem

- Answer This is not a panel ready unit. It's 24 inches deep and almost 7 feet high so if the spot is sufficiently deep and tall, all but the doors and door handles are flush.

QuestionHi: we have a brand new Kitchen Aid replacing our beloved SubZero. The fridge side is sitting between 40/41 and we cannot get it any lower. Very frustrated that NO ONE can tell us how to make the Fridge 37 degrees as promised in literature.

QuestionLights in my freezer are not on

- Answer If the freezer lights are all out, it's because they are wired in series. Check the refrigerator. If it has one light out, replace that assembly and the freezer lights will work again. Otherwise, you will have to track down which one in the freezer is bad.
