• Yes they are..the whole unit, except for the guards over the rollers is stainless steel. Easy cleanup. NO DISHWASHER!!! Just let the pasta cutter dry out and use the brushes provided and just a damp paper towel.

• These are mostly stainless steel with a small amount of plastic, but are well made. Never submerge these in water to clean, just brush them off after the pasta has had a chance to dry.
