• Hello Seve, there is a single burner or if you need the bigger burner you can use the dual burner which uses the entire area. We hope this helps.

• It’s the heating element. On single, it heats up in the center of the area (ideal for smaller pots and pans) On dual, it heats up the entire area where it’s marked as a burner. (larger diameter pots and pans).
