QuestionI don't know how to get a resolution to this. And I'm sure this isn't the right channel to post, but I bought this fridge, it was delivered in Showroom Mode. And my food that was in my old fridge spoiled. No one will provide me with a form to fill out.

- Answer The left door must be pushed closed or aggressively shoved to carry through the door seal interlock mechanism. Or always close the left door first then the right. Then, if the door stays open by accident, the alarm is too quiet to hear and stops quickly. We have awoke to melted ice on the floor several times.
