- Answer I kneaded it with half a kg of flour and it kneaded easily. in my opinion, 1 kilogram flour plus other ingredients also will be kneaded well.

- Answer In the KSM55 this is the only red. If you want other options you will have look at the tilt head mixers. We love our mixer. The Empire Red is a great fit for our granite countertops.
