We owned one of these at a previous house, and it had a burner that was hard to start and clicked while it tried to start. When it finally started it would roar up. We never were able to fix it. Is that a common problem? null

Hi Mark, it sounds like the old unit needed a service call for the ignition system, what you describe is not normal and you should not see any problems like it with any of our Ranges or Cooktops.
