Q: QuestionI’m a home bread baker. My experience with my current oven is that when I set up the oven to a certain temperature and it beeps it’s not really true. I check the temp with an oven thermometer and a laser and it’s off by 15-20%. your experience?

• A:Answer Alfred, this is normal for ovens. The pre-heat timer will go off when the oven is ready for food to be put in. It may not be completely up to the set temperature.

Q: QuestionHow does it bake normally in a non-convection manner, without a bottom heating element? What is top heat temperature for normal baking?

• A:Answer Hi there, there is "hidden" element on the bottom! That is what I love about it: much easier to clean! Max temp on regular baking: I put 500 and hit start: it took it! Not sure if it adjusts later, but was able to add it. :)
