CastIronMan, the cookware can be used on the Range. We've provided the cookware characteristics per page 12 of the User Guide below. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Cast iron ■ Heats slowly and evenly ■ Good for browning and frying. ■ Maintains heat for slow cooking. ■ Rough edges or burrs may scratch the cooktop.
