• A:Answer There's an oval burner beneath the griddle. Not big enough for a 10" tortilla, but big enough to flat top a couple of burgers at one time or to make grilled cheese on. No need to remove grates when using the griddle - just take off the griddle.

Q: QuestionOne photo shows the center burner as a round burner and another shows it as an oblong one. Which is it? Thanks!

• A:Answer Thank you for the question, Pat. On the newest version of the KitchenAid - 6.5 Cu. Ft. Self-Cleaning Slide-In Gas Convection Range, the center burner in one of the pictures is incorrect. The center burner is the long spreader and not the circular smaller burner. Q: QuestionTwo more questions - should this have three racks? And is the water tray supposed to be connected to the missing rack? I checked with the installers and they said this was everything... but clearly not.

• A:Answer Hello! Model KSGB900ESS does come with three racks. You would place the water on the bottom of the range. There is no water tray. If you are missing a rack, we would recommend contacting KitchenAid® at 1(800)422-1230. We are available M - F 8 am to 6 pm EST. They will be better able to assist you.

Q: QuestionI currently have a KitchenAid aqua lift cleaning range. I’m very disappointed with this as it does nothing for cleaning the inside of the oven. Have you changed this to self cleaning?

Q: QuestionCan't find spec on plug in for gas range. Does it use 110 or 220 wiring ?
