Buffy, the depth including the handles is 28 1/2 inches.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The depth without handles is just a shade over 27 inches. The 28 1/2 is with handles. Be beware, that is from the back of the stove to the front of the stove. I had to do some creative recessing of the receptacle to get the unit to go fairly flush with the wall. Because of the lower oven going clear to the floor, the normal warming/storage drawer is no longer at the bottom, and therefore there is no recess for the usual floor-mounted receptacle. I ended up recessing the outlet in the wall where one of the recesses in the back of the stove lined up. I have heard of others that complained the unit stood out from the wall some three to four inches because of the plug. A bit of a hassle, but definitely worth the effort as now the stove "fits" with the front (without handles) is even with the front of the cabinet base. Hope this helps.
