QuestionPlease confirm this range includes propane conversion kit, connectors and power cord. Specs says it does, features says it doesn’t.

- Answer Hello. The gas conversion kit along with the connectors are supplied with the Range. It does not include the power cord. We apologize for any frustrations this may cause.

QuestionDoes it have a gliding rack? Can both ovens be used at same time? Has it been improved to enable lighting burners manually when power is off?

- Answer Hello Princess, there is a gliding rack in this model. Yes, the Oven and the baking drawer can be used together. In case of prolonged power failure, the surface burners can be lit manually. Hold a lit match near a burner, and then turn knob counterclockwise to LITE. After burner lights, turn knob to desired setting. The oven and baking drawer cannot be lite during a power outage.

QuestionIs 7.1 CF oven the size of the upper oven. What are the measuements of the lower oven. Someone mentioned seeing the bottom (floor?) from the bottom oven. What does she mean. What is the bottom of the small oven made of? Is this a fire hazard?

- Answer Hello Princess, 7.1 cf is the size of the oven. The bottom drawer is the baking drawer, which is like a storage drawer but you are able to bake in it. We greatly apologize as we do not have the dimensions of the baking drawer available.

QuestionWhen running the oven is there a fan that comes on automatically for cooling or can you control turning the fan on and off?

- Answer When the oven is turned off (Cancel), the fan to cool it automatically comes on. Can take quite a while for it to be cooled down with the fan. No control by the user. It is automatic.

QuestionMy small draw pie cooker under the oven has open spaces and I can see the floor. How can that draw cook? I have model KSDB900ESS and can not figure out how to cook in an oven that has open cut outs that cause the draw not to hold heat???
