This is in response to an old post, but since it looks like several people have asked, and we also questioned, whether a gas regulator was included, we wanted to reply that a regulator was in fact included with our cooktop. It was just easy to overlook. The regulator was shipped in a cavity in the underside of the packing styrofoam below the cooktop. We almost threw it out with the packing material. Try turning the bottom foam over, and look in the corner.

Please try again later.That model stove top does come with an internal regulator, but if your using propane, then it would had to have been specified because propane and ng are different. If this is residential use, then your outside gas meter is your regulator to the house/supply to your gas appliances, there is only 1.5-2.0 lbs of gas pressure running throughout residence to appliances., the gas pressure is regulated already for you.
