“What is the high temp on this oven 550 degrees? Or do you make a high temp oven that tops out at 700 degrees. This comes from a cook who wishes he could make a great pizza at home and 550 degrees don't get it done. Thanks”

We make absolutely exquisite pizza at home with a non-professional oven. You can learn to do it, too, with a bit of trial and error. Get a good stone and preheat it thoroughly, or put your pie directly on the floor of the oven.
