Features a unique bow-tie design with a heating element and fan that provide even airflow and consistent temperatures throughout the entire oven for crisp, flaky baked goods, juicy, evenly browned roasts, and flavorful, caramelized vegetables.
Two 20,000 BTU Ultra Power™ dual-flame burners

5,000 BTU simmer and melt burner
With a low flame sized for small saucepans, you can reach and maintain low temperatures. Simmer sauces until they look, feel, and taste just right, and melt even delicate ingredients.
Three-level convertible grates
With removable inserts, match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt, or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

Great Oven and Stunning Color
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Had to wait for the oven as it wasn't available until March/April 2020. Delivery went well under COVID-19 requirements. Install was perfect and the oven worked well from Day 1. Love cooking with gas and the oven doesn't fail in that regard The WiFi function is great, as it allows me to preheat the oven prior to getting home (take and bake pizza). Recommend for those looking for a commercial oven!

Freshly installed, oven doesn't work.
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Paying this much for a range, one should be able to trust that the functions were factory-checked. Eh, not so much in 2020. Replacement parts must be ordered (no estimated return date by whirlpool repair). Burners work fine, and the unit LOOKS good, but the oven is broken from the get-go. Also, the insane tones that sound as the oven [attempts] to heat up and cool down will really drive me insane. Definitely not impressed.
