“I set temp to 400 degrees for a pizza but couldn't get the minutes to adjust correctly so ended up with 12 min as wouldn't let me adjust to 20, so thus I pressed start. At end of cycle needed to do additional minutes but can't figure out how on dial etc.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press the knob and set desired time. Toggles between temp and time cook.. It will shut off at the end of the time. Double edge sword; annoying...but it won't burn! Just push start again for more time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to change the minutes using the same method as changing the temperature. I’ve changed my time and temperature from the presets even when the oven is running. Just push on the knob and twist it quickly. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So you set the temp. then you press start. The oven is now preheating. Once the preheating is complete and the food is cooking, while it is cooking I simply role the knob and add/subtract minutes on the cooking time. Hope this helps.
