“What accessories come with this oven? Are any trays, etc. dishwasher safe? Is there a drip pan to catch any liquid/oil? Is the exterior 'finger print free'? If there is no light while running; how can you see if something is burning and stop it?”

There is a pan and a mesh rack for air frying. In addition, there is a tray at the bottom below the lower heating element to catch crumbs and minor drips. I’d use the 9 x 13 pan to capture larger drippings. The top and side panels are painted black and don’t show fingerprints. There IS an interior light that operates when you turn on cooking functions.
