• My understanding from a friend with a non-tilt mixer is that it won't work. It is designed for the tilt mixers only. I did search for the scraping ones for lift mixers and only found them for 6 and 7 quart bowls. Time to contact Kitchen Aid?

• Too short for the Pro Plus 5, if you don't have a lot of batter. There should be some note, works best with tilt head or smaller bowl. Returning item.
