• the inside measures about 12.5" by 12" so a 9x13 probably won't fit. There is not an interior light. The rack does not pop out when the door opens.

• The only toaster oven brand that puts an interior light is Breville. Also as for the auto rack feature when you open the door the Breville BOV800XL Is the only model I've seen that still includes this really handy function.
