I cook on high and have no problems with it scorching. I also use an oil spray. Always cleans up really easy. The morning eggs and omelets come out perfect. I won't buy anything but stainless steel anymore because of these pans. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The pans are stainless steel and do not have a non-stick coating -- instructions say to use a spray for non-stick "help." Specs say they're safe up to 500 degrees but I've not gone anywhere near that temperature. They are high quality cookware but not necessarily good for all cooking needs -- eg, I use pans with non-stick coatings for things like frying eggs.
