Is this pan nonstick? How high can this pan heat up to? null

I cook on high and have no problems with it scorching. I also use an oil spray. Always cleans up really easy. The morning eggs and omelets come out perfect. I won't buy anything but stainless steel anymore because of these pans. Hope that helps.

The pans are stainless steel and do not have a non-stick coating -- instructions say to use a spray for non-stick "help." Specs say they're safe up to 500 degrees but I've not gone anywhere near that temperature. They are high quality cookware but not necessarily good for all cooking needs -- eg, I use pans with non-stick coatings for things like frying eggs.

They are not non-stick. They are just untreated stainless steel.

No no no....water stains stick to these skillets. Low heat is a good start. Pan can heat up to 600° or direct propane cooking.

These pans our garbage used them once had to scrape the eggs off and scratched the surface had to throw them out after first use DO NOT BUY.
