Q: Is this pan nonstick? How high can this pan heat up to?
A: I cook on high and have no problems with it scorching. I also use an oil spray. Always cleans up really easy. The morning eggs and omelets come out perfect. I won't buy anything but stainless steel anymore because of these pans. Hope that helps.
