Yes they do.

Handle is hot when using in the oven, when you put it over a hot burner, or when you are using the pan on way too high of a heat. Other than that it’s no problem, I’ve only had to use a holder when taking out of the oven.

No the handles don't heat up at all on mine...at least not on the stove top.
