Hi ME, The temperature settings range from 92-96 degrees for coffee, 80-85 degrees for green and white tea, 90-95 degrees for oolong and black tea and 100 degrees for herbal teas.

Variable temperature Selector to select desired brewing temperature customizable in 1 Degree increments ranging from 140 - 212 Fahrenheit, with the option to hold for 30 minutes. - These specs shown on Amazon as well as Kitchenaid.com
