• The pro does not make alot of noise and no whinny noise

• The operating sound of the bowl lift stand mixers will be different in tonality and slightly higher in decibels than the operating sound associated with the 4.5- or 5-qt. tilt-head stand mixer models. The internal all metal gearing system assembled in the bowl lift model does make the mixer sound different than the smaller models.
